Default Engine Misfire after bolt-ons. Help!

Installed bolt-ons on my car last (5/16 plenum spacer, JWT Popcharger on a Z1 intake tube, Z1 test pipes, Invidia Gemini catback exhaust, and a Zex wet kit).

When I started the car it was skipping pretty roughly and giving the blinking service engine soon light.

I tested all 6 coils and it made no difference, they all seemed well. Tripled checked to make sure all lines were connected.

What do you guys think the problem could be?

I checked the MAF and it was fine too, and I'm pretty sure a friend checked the throttle body connection.

By no2 do you mean the nitrous?

I unhooked it and it didn't make a difference either.

If all that went on at the same time, a simple tune from a Nissan Dealership should help too. Had a similiar issue when I changed to the Kinetix Plenum and PopCharger. It drove fine, but idle was REALLY rough and sputtered. A re-tune to re-map the MAF took all of about 15min and he drives like a champ now.

Reinstall the plenum. You sound like you have an air leak somewhere.

I got the car to stop misfiring and was going to close the hood and when I did, the hood hit the popcharger and pushed it down. when it did, the red MAF wire split open and it touched a bolt or something and grounded out. Now the car won't start and the TCS and Slip light are on. The car will turn over but isn't firing. I checked all the fuses in both panels and a friend tried to scan it with a scanner from 2005, but the car is a 2006 model, and it wouldn't read anything at all. My guess is that the computer is toast, although I don't know how that one wire grounding out could cause that to happen. If I'm wrong, please let me know. I need all the help I can get!

flatbed to the dealer sounds like the best option considering the problems due to basic bolt-ons.

good luck!
