which one do you guys recommend on a nismo exhaust? which is safer? which is louder? thanksssss

I pretty new, so i'll answer without the routyness, so before the flames commence:

Safer? Not sure what u mean, emissions wise HFC is better on the emissions, although i see you live in Cali, so even with an HFC it might be a tossup.

Test pipes are louder for sure and raspy from what I've seen.
