Default How much will borla exhaust support?

I am looking to put down some decent numbers with my Z. I am sticking with normaly asperated. But I will be doing intake, exhaust, headers, cams, plenum, ecu, among other things...About how much will the Borla true dual exhaust, borla headers, and RT cats support? will they be choking the engine when I start getting into other mods? Im not to worried about the cats or the headers...mostly the exhaust.

Thanks,
Chris.

that would be enough, more than enough probably.

no need to worry muuh about exhaust restrictions unless you are going turbo.

yeah I beleive you might be more worried about it being too open; with NA you need a specific amount of back pressure. but the borla should do fine for you.

So here is a question- I do understand the whole backpressure thing....and too much flow = power loss......Do you guys think that a FULL exhaust setup will hurt my performance? Headers,Cats,Exhaust = to much air? Maybe I should skip the headers? will the headers even produce any more power for me? Im skeptical...... The way I see it, If I do the Cats and the Exhaust, there wont me much help by putting headers on my car. If I had headers and exhaust I would understand how there is a bottleneck in the system(cats) and it will hurt performance. You guys see what im rambling about???

Any imput in welcome....

Chris.
