2008 exhaust on 2003 350z

Will an exhaust from a 2008 350z bolt up properly on a 2003?

I currently have Strup headers and a Nismo S-tune exhaust on my 2003 350z.
Looking to put the full stock 2008 exhaust on the car leaving the Strup headers in place.

Exhaust between all years is interchangeable. Cats and header are not.
