RT Cats with Nismo or Injen Exhaust
Considering RT Cats with either Nismo or Injen SES straight tipped exhaust. Ive seen threads comparing Injen vs Borla, or Borla vs Nismo... but not Injen vs Nismo.
Does anyone have the RT cats with Injen (I know the straght tips aren't out yet.. but am assuming they will be very similar in sound and performance to the angled tips).
Have their been proven gains with the Injen dual exhaust vs Nismo ?
Would sound be too loud with the RT cats and Injen ?
Your experiences appreciated.
Thanks

You may not like the sound with the RT's and Injen combination. I have heard the Nismo / RT combination and think it is excellent.
I have a Borla.........but if I were choosing again, I may go with the Nismo. One of the reasons is that in reality, the Z is designed for one pipe coming back to the muffler. The sway bar is designed for a pipe to have clearance coming down the driver's side. The Nismo has a single (but huge) pipe coming back and there is never a rattling problem etc.
Good luck in making your decision......
