I don't know where you got the info, but it is waaay wrong. The Bosch Wideband sensor I use is what the VW 1.8T engines use as their only O2 sensor. There is a lot of propaganda surrounding wideband sensors, and this is one of the more popular ones. Don't believe it, they have a life expectancy just as long as Narrowband O2 sensors. Which is generally 60k-120k miles depending on the quality of your fuel.
etx, you plan on putting that in ur eclipse or 350z? and how come the setup listed in this thread is more expensive then the one your getting?
$320 was at the higher end of what i was willing to spend (more like afford). i guess its gonna have to wait.

Here is one with an MSRP of 329, a Bosch sensor and display. I have found it at a website for as little as 299.00. The display could be better but it is all I need.
It also doubles as a narrowband and can be wired to most OBDII ECU's.

FJO makes a gauge accessory that works with their WB Sensor. Th gauge is like a $200 addon to their $700 controller and sensor.

Another option would be the link that I posted above (see link for more info). It is the first that I have heard of them so, I am not certain that it is 100% accurate but, basically they have a $33 adapter that allows you to use the $50 Autometer A/F gauge with their $300 WB controller and sensor.
While it is not much cheaper than the AEM, at least all of my gauges will match.
Another bonus is that you also get a digit readout that can be mounted elsewhere.

I actually happen to like the look of the autometer gauges - but this A/F gauge does NOT have a digital readout. Are there any others that they make that do?

MySunset350Z what's up!
Yeah I would probably use it in both cars. I am actually looking into this plx unit now. Its cheap, has the functions I need, and is simple.
jesseenglish: I took that measure as being accurate after having 2 NB bosch sensors die on me after ~10k miles. I am useing a NTK sensor now, so far so good.
