Ebay exhausts are typically sketchy. I'd avoid it, personally. I can't see the link at the moment because ebay is blocked at my work. I work for internet ****'s.

That's actually the first time I've seen that exhaust. I don't mean to be so negative commenting about an exhaust but that exhaust does not look like it was created with the greatest craftsmanship. I would spend the extra dollars for an exhaust that at least someone has positively commented about, even from Ebay (positive comments like Invidia exhausts, even though I own a Nismo S-Tune myself).

Good luck with the researching to finding your perfect exhaust.

First,I think I'd be a bit leery in buying from a vendor that is called,I LOVE TACO,TACO.
At least for Z parts.
As with many e-bay stuff, the pics are misleading.
One pic does'nt match the other. The major photo does look like a
Nismo exhaust.
Unless I SAW/HEARD one in person,I'd stay away.

I got the Ebay HKS knockoff exhaust a few years ago. Maybe I got lucky but fitment was good, I have no leaks or rattles and no corrosion. Maybe you should try this one out and report you findings to us.

Looks legit if your goal is to rice your Z out with cheap knockoff and turn it into the next gen civic.

Ad also says for 02-07??

Seriously, OP these should be red flags that the exhaust will be garbage, keep looking or save for a legit exhaust

A legit exhaust for the Z should cost around $1000-$3000 (full titanium). You get what you pay for. Cheap knock offs end up rusting / fading. Use some common sense.

seriously, your brain is telling you this would be a ridiculous purchase. You should just buy test pipes if you dont already have them, it will make you happy.

for a cheap price you get power and sound

The sample pic isn't even of the exhaust.

It looks like it's made out of aluminum foil.
Save up and spend a little more. A decent setup isn't that expensive.

This is so true, I dropped 2k for my set up with test pipes and its amazing. Save your money and buy the right parts the first time around.

I would have to disagree

I have asked people in person and in this thread about rusting and no one has had issues:

same as the RSR stuff thats been around forever..

might i remind the gentleman on the board ( sounds cool right lol) that those shopping for a 200 dollar exhaust are simply not "800 dollar exhaust in the near near future" customers.. they are "200 exhaust or NO exhaust" customers.

Therefore i say, look up RSR exhausts on youtube, buy one if you like, and learn n deal w the ups n downs of it the same way we all grew.

Our forum is a knowledge base yes, but we the "vets" ( dare i call myself one only lightly) are now the mechanical equivalent of grumpy old men who on a porch who are always right "because we lived thru the dust bowl" etc etc haha.

80% of us who have nice sh#t on our cars now had horrible parts before ....and are really just trying to save you our agony.. but I dont know anyone who learned lessons from the advice of others w out burning their hands on the stove themselves in the end, ourselves included.

soapbox, out. lol.

I am going to make a clip of what my car sounds like with test pipes on stock exhaust. I purchased my test pipes for $150, it allowed me to get the little more power and sound I was looking for.
