So i got my z about 5 days ago. I really wanted to do my exhaust first. I did a lot of research and decided to go custom to be different. It was a success! Sounds and looks great! Feels a little quicker as well. I went with a Nitro X pipe from the cats straight back into two Nitro Mufflers No res. I was going to go with Magnaflow but thats a common exhaust to do. According the shop the magnaflow and nitro are completely identical. I paid 500 out the door for the entire set up. Here is a pic.. Ill be posting sound clips this afternoon. Everyone that has heard it so far says it sounds amazing! (still being broken in)

In for vid, thats exactly how much I spent for my Hi-power rep and magnaflow xpipe setup and everyone loves it, just wish it was louder. I wonder if this drones or has rasp? Are you planning on doing an intake? if so, POPCHARGER! super sick sounds like a midget turbo haha.

 

There is hardly any cabin drone while crusing. It pretty much sounds like it cuts off once im in low rpms. The rasp sound really doesnt kick in until i stomp on (past 4k). I took it to a car meet last night and got a lot of compliments..mainly because its a diff set up then most z's. I put an aftermarket air filter in it..but there is a slight gap between one of the adapters. So i was actually planning on getting a pop charger. The filter i have on there now has a slight whistle to it..but i dont know if thats from the small gap that it has on the adapter. I didnt forget about the videos fellas.. we didnt get any last night so my girlfriend is going to take some for me after work Sorry to keep you guys waiting but im looking forward to seeing what you all think..even though vids really dont do it justice without proper recording equipment.
