Had a similar problem with some silencers that used a spring-like mech to fasten.
What I did was rigging a small hook attached to some line/wire and attach to the edge of the hole where the screw was.Pull the silencer out.
You may want to shoot some WD40 inside the edge before trying to remove.
I'm not familiar with the Top Speed exhaust. If this does'nt work,I'd call the vendor
or,Top Speed.
Second thought/quick&dirty...you have removed the bolt/screw---stuff a rag in the silencer and rev it up.The silencer may shoot out.Of course, make sure
you have a open area(grass) behind you.
It may work!

you know what a silencer looks like right? Get a hook like some said and stick it in the side of the silencer until you can hook the edge and pull. Ive used a screw driver to pull it out once.
