Quick question about battery when installing short ram intake .

Quick question about battery when installing short ram intake .
After letting the car cool down , before installing a short ram intake, do I need to disconnect both the negative and positive terminal on battery to reset MAF? Or just negative. Thanks I did do a search an from what I've seen is some people just disc the - while others disc both +\-
