Default Md tdx2?

right now my 2003 350z is totally stock other then a few interior mods, but i want to start adding performance, i really like the sound of the MD TDX2 and ART pipes, but i havent really found a video of what they sound like on the VQ35DE engine like mine. what other mods do you guys think i should look into to get a bit more Hp/Trq gains. thanks

And this

I have the tdx2 and I'm suuper happy with it! It's not obnoxiously loud while cruising, but give it some gas and people will think you're drivin a damn race car, it's awesome! I need to get a video..I just have a drop-in K&N and a MD plenum spacer with the tdx2. You really do feel a power gain too.

The TDX2 + ART setup will give you the best of both worlds. You really have to find a local with the setup to see how great it sounds.

Just get them both. You cannot judge how it sounds like in person based on videos. There is no recording device that the avg person uses to film exhausts vids that will allow you to comprehend how good it sounds.

What I will tell you is, my friends got knockoff HKS and those sound like trash. ART + TDX2 sounds like inbetween a V6 and V8 and I've gotten compliments from people that drive V8s that couldn't imagine the Z being able to produce this kind of sound.

Your best bet is to try and find someone local that has the setup and see if you can meet them and check it out in person. I'm fairly sure you won't regret your purchase unless you are too old and loud cars bother you; because this setup isn't exactly quiet by any means. This setup is a good aggressive kind of loud, minus the rasp/popping.

And since you have a VQ35DE, you only really have so many mods to do. In addition to ART + TDX2, get Plenum spacers, intake, and Osiris UpRev tune after all your bolt-ons.

Damn, I wish I didnt live in Green Bay, Wi. haha there really arent many Z's around here, ones that are modded anyways. Where the hell am I suppose to get tuned? Chicago? The only exhaust one a 350z ive heard in person is Top Speed N1 so thats really all I have to compar it to. I'm 18 and love loud cars.

Also, you needn't worry, this setup is exactly what you seek
