Sounds like it's related to weather your foot is on the clutch. Not to the POP-Charger. Couldn't be related to the POP-Charger. Otherwise, I have no clue. Sounds really wierd to me.

I had this noise on both my supra and gtr34 skyline.I did a lot of research and found it was normal on the getrag 6 speed gearbox which was fitted to both cars.I wonder if the 350 has the same box?I have already noticed it once on my 350 but not as loud.On my skyline sometimes it would clatter on shutoff and othertimes it was quiet.I dont think that the pop charger could be the cause unless it makes the engine shut down less smoothly .

Can you determine where the clanky noise is coming from? Maybe have someone stand outside the car when you shut it down..........I agree that it would be very unlikely that the pop charger is causing the clanky noise. It is probably a coincidence that you noticed the noise right after the pop charger install.

I just installed apopcharger yesterday and i do not note this problem. If anything, my engine feels smoother. As far as your sound in neutral, you very well may be hearing clutch chatter. It happens on almost every manual transmissioned car. Its happened on all my others whether it was Honda or Ford or whatever. It sounds bad but clutch chatter is harmless.

If you are sure its your exhaust rattling or something, then you should go get it tightened. The popcharger would not have caused this problem...its just a coincidence.
