What's your exhaust setup?
I have straight pipes welded in where the resonators are and when the car is cold and I go over 3k WOT it sounds horrible. But after warm up it sounds **** at ALL rpms!
I'm between the ARTs and the some good HFCs. I want volume increase but not someone just yelling VROOOOOOOOOOM in my ear. It doesn't lose any VQ sound imo
When I had my Greddy RS Exhaust (same design as TI-C), I didn't like the pairing with ART's at all in terms of volume. Taking out the silencers, I literally drove a couple of meters, pulled over, and threw them back in - It was that violent. It actually made me switch the Greddy - not sure how the ART would pair with the EVO II.
I had/still have a chance to buy a set of new HR art pipes locally. It'll be cheaper than if I were to buy them off the net. Anywho - I question this too since the EVO II are discontinued and it'll be near impossible to find someone local with this set up... fck a youtube clip. I ended up not buying them.

My NA setup before I boosted it: Tomei V2 headers and test pipes, HKS cat-back. Nice, deep growl at lower RPMs and no rasp. Loud when you get on it.

ART V2 + Motordyne Y Pipe w/resonator + Nismo S Mide pipe + Greddy Spectrum Elite.

Greddy Evo TT exhaust with resonators removed + DC Headers . Use to run this with Berk Test Pipes and it was just too loud in the cabin/annoying hiss when decelerating. I do miss the extra power though, you could really feel it in the low rpms.
IMO the EvoTT is one of the best exhaust for the Z. It sounds so clean...perfect volume perfect VQ tone. I really need to get a clip up to share with you guys I think you guys will like it alot. My only complain is that since I am NA and using an exhaust meant for F/I (2.75 inch piping) the cabin noise and drone is pretty bad.
Going to put the Magnaflow X pipe on possibly in December when I'm on winter break. Really hope that solves it. If not need to add another subwoofer haha

I don't have a side by side comparison, but I can tell you that bolting on ART pipes made +8.83whp and +4.86 tq on a DE (https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exha...art-pipes.html), and personally on my HR gained 8.17whp and +11.59 tq.
Thanks.
Even I'm not in person to hear that setup I like this because it's loud when you want it to be and it still keeps some of the lovely sounds the Z33 originally makes. No exhaust drones at cruising speeds? Can you have a conversation in the car without the exhaust noise drowning out everything? What did you get on that dyno? Sorry for so much questions lol. I might copy yours and MyO3Z's exhaust setup because they still retain the sound the Z33 makes which I like so much.

As we speak im waiting for my custom SGM longtube headers to be made by Centerline motorsport. It need to be custom because my VQ is going in a
S14 instead of a 350Z
When I get the headers I will make a custom Y pipe from the headers and back to a Apexi N1 Evolution catback. It will be loud, just as it should be

It was quiet to about 4000rpm after that... all VQ. Absolutely no drone or rasp and you can have conversations while cruising without a problem. When you're WOT it sounds awesome but not stupid loud like some like it. Mustang dyno's are heartbreakers but I've been told I made 390whp by other standards so with that being said, it really made 349whp on that dyno.
when it comes to dyno's i heard that the mustangs read about 10%-12% low
Couple of differences tho, I had a X pipe installed, new flex joints as my old ones were chewed up and I will be running Motive HF cats.
Here is the Magnaflow X pipe and Motive HF's...
Tomei Headers installed on motor...

Can't wait to get her back!
MD ARTs + TDX Shockwave, love this system.
Cold start warm up to idle:
Some hard accel. "Pre-SC kit". Had to deal with traffic, but shows some good pulls up to 120+; sorry but vid shows twice.
