Where do these people come from? The 350z is now in the same class with 240sx's with dumb kids with daddy's money working on "souping up" their rides...
Your clutch is gone, sorry, but stock clutches are garbage... If you have a NON HR, then just do the clutch, if you feel frisky, a SS clutch line, but I didn't notice any difference when I did it to my 350z, just replace the clutch and enjoy breaking it in

So,like many of us Z OWNERS,long ago,bought a CAI because of the looks.Yeah,
we read all the HP increase stuff. It wasreally about how cool it looked.
Was'nt getting a CAI the first thing everyone did?
Now you purchased a used Ingen CAI.Thought by dropping the popcharger, bolting on the new unit...how hard can it be?No problems.
Without seeing your car,I'd think there is a leak somewhere in a clamp or a coupling.
With the "what its doing" stuff you have listed, could be some screw ups in the electronics.Could be going back to the JWT will fix it.Dunno.
Its a little late now but, while installing the Injen/taking of the JWT,did you at anytime
turn the ignition on?Or,try to start the car?Did you disconnect the battery during all this?
Any Z shops in your area? You may have to take your Z there.

i never said kit, i just said master
from ipp "The Stock OEM 2003 Nissan 350z clutch fork pivot ball is made from a weak carbon steel. This upgraded chromoly clutch pivot ball will give a 30% increase in strength. This is especially good when upgrading to a higher pressure clutch or a multi disc clutch that will put stress on the weak stock pivot ball. We strongly recommend replacing this part with any aftermarket clutch install for piece of mind! Don't get caught paying for a clutch install twice when the weak OEM pivot ball fails with your new heavy duty clutch!!" mine went out and I got cought doin the clutch job twice

And for your information, my clutch is the damn oem clutch that CAME ON THE CAR. It survived the drag strip and the sceaa auto cross. That's pretty damn good for a clutch that's "garbage."

Oh and welcome to this thread about 3 days late. And for all your valuable insight.
Edit: and speaking of "daddy's money". I'm probably older than you LOL.

Argh!
So wtf?
I Followed the how to thread on changing the clutch, I have every single bolt out of the bell housing and the blasted thing won't pull out.
Is there a trick I'm missing?
