Default Exhaust Rasp

How would i go about getting rid of the rasp and obnoxious sound of my exhaust? The previous owner of the car bought hks replica. And i find it sounds like crap. I want a nice, clean tone. But not loud and raspy.

Make sure everything is tight first. Check to see if there are test pipes installed. Then if that all fails, ditch the Rep exhaust for something quality. Youtube the sound you want

Do i completely take out the H-Pipe and weld on the X-Pipe right after the Y-pipe for best results?
And will I also have to reset my ECU to comply with the new X-pipe?

You don't have to reset the ECU.

Just make sure that your exhaust bolts are on tight and the gaskets are new or in great condition.

The #11386 has a pipe size of 2.5in.

Any recommendations of which to use? I have the HKS Rep Exhaust.
