Default O2 sensor question

i have a quick question. i made another long thread about my car idling weird. but anyways i decided to make this a different thread.

how are the downstream o2 sensors supposed to behave? mine behave exactly the same as upstreams should... but my upsteam 02 sensors fluctuate onli from .400 v to .500 v (bank1 ) and .800 v .900v (bank 2)

its weird because technically the upstreams are suposed to go up and down (.200v to .800v) however my downstreams are the ones doing that. i unplugged my upstreams and bank 1 stays at .400v and bank 2 at .900v constantly so its weird. could the 02 sensors be bad? (which i doubt ) or maybe a problem with the signal??

also, the short term fuel trim on the downstreams 02 are always 99.2% and never change.

My mafs might be bad too, but i dont think thats the reason why my 02s are ****ing up.

Far as I know, the downstreams are not so supposed to behave identically to the upstreams. It could be a sign of 1 or 2 (2 would be odd) bad catalytic converters probably damaged by heat.

Need mod list a little hard to tell whats going on or what should be at least. Non of your numbers are making sense, yes deleting your cats will cause your down stream o2 sensors to read the same.
