However, after being bought out by AEM this month, DC Sports discontinued their ENTIRE LINE of Intake systems... which was basically the bread and butter of the company. Now they are focusing on headers, exhaust systems new suspension products.
Hence the reason the reason why they are now trying to reach the latest vehicles on the market (i.e. SRT-4, 350z, WRX STi) with competitively priced items... hoping their Honda reputation will follow in their new venture.
In case you're wondering, AEM is the reason the DC intakes are discontinued.... it wouldn't make sense

The DC headers are NOT available YET. They are finishing final prodution versions next week (I know, they are doing it on my Z). I will post dyno's late next week, or as soon as they are available. I've seen the dyno numbers from the final prototypes and the gains are excellent. Over 12rwhp gained front headers alone on a bone stock Z. As far as I know there are no pictures of them yet because the production versions have not been made yet, There will be production versions done this week.
I will post pictures of the headers and their new true dual exhaust when I pick up my car. BTW, the headers are equal length. One of the nice things about them too is that you don't have to disconnect any coolant lines (i.e. drain the coolant) to install them.
DC will be offering them in stainless and ceramic, but the price you see in the first post is for a Honda header, sorry.
Don't make any judgments on the headers until you see them, especially since the picture posted is not them.

There you go, 350Zsteve, I knew you had talked about these headers before. Any idea on the price of them and maybe the exhaust?? Will you be producing dynos on the headers alone and the exhausts alone, or them together??
Dyno's will be of headers only and exhaust only on an otherwise stock Z. They have my Nismo Intake and Random Tech Cats sitting in the trunk waiting to be installed after the headers and exhaust are done.
As for pricing, that's up to AEM/DC but I've been told they will be competitive.
I spoke with AEM this morning and their trying to buy an Injen exhaust today so that can do a dyno shootout on the same car and see who really makes the best exhaust.

I've got pricing already on them.....it was announced awhile back, though it may change slightly.
How are they cheaper than others? Simple - made in house, not contracted out. Plus, AEM has a brand to resurrect here.....so price point is a major consideration.
G35 - again, to me, the collector matter on the inside, not how it appears to look on the outside. It will be neat to see what they used inside to bring the paths together.
Most importantly, headers need to work as aunit with the head and cam selection....I am just glad there are more to choose from once my new heads are done

Look at them again you can tell the difference, abrupt angle's coming into the merge point ...
...I don't speak on things unless I can back them up. I researched collector design in advance of building my exhaust system

AHHHH!!! 350Zteve posted a dyno number without the dyno chart! Shame on you!
Well, nonetheless even 6-10 rwhp would be a nice plus. . . If you have maybe a little teaser pic of how these look (pre-production, of course) that'd be great...
Thanks for more people doing personal development work and sharing on the site!

I'm just waiting for the dyno sheets to arrive from DC. He will email them to me soon. I will post them at that time. I hate teaser posts too so I wont say anything more about them until I post the dynos.
The headers are sold in pairs, not one
I am not going to add these to the site becuase they are not available yet....when we get word about shipping timeframes (firmer than what we have right now) then I'll post.
Last I heard these were being offered in stainless and ceramic coated mild steel, as all DC headers generally are...that might change,it might not.
Price wise you are going to be VERY pleased....there is nothing that comes remotely close.

What is the freakin' difference between ceramic and stainless anyway, I know the ceramic is cheaper, is the stainless worth the extra money??
stainless is a smotther flowing header and a bit lighter, and will certanly last longer. Their mild steel/ceramic coated is alos very good though, and should also last longer than most people would ever keep the car anyway.
