Talking about a two-piece header design???
... I'd rather point you towards Stillen if you want to save cash.

No their not, the Nismo has a much better collector design and on closer examination I say DC Sports isn't equal length, certainly more so than the Borla, but it does not look equal length to me like the Nismo headers. But yes they are cheap to buy, they'll have their day on the dyno.

thanks for correcting.

I don't speak on things unless I can back them up. I researched collector design in advance of building my exhaust system (since avaliable X-crossover pipes didn't measure up, I created my own).
I don't sell stuff and I don't have brand loyalties to corrupt what I say either. Frankly, I've owned a Dc Sports header on another car, I actually liked the power gain, but let's see a independent dyno so we can draw a better conclusion beyond my observations on collector design and tubing lengths.

Say what you will about these, but at that price, they can afford to be 'not quite as good', lol. Want to see some dyno results on them of course, but borla said that there headers don't add much and yet they are STILL $600. These are even less, hopefully the results are at least decent.
BTW, there is someone who has stated that they are getting like the first set of these on his car, and he is a poster on this site. Hopefully we can hear from him on these headers.

It's amazing how even low end headers for the z start at 600 bucks. You can pick up entry level SB Chevy/ Ford headers for 200 all day long. DC has put out some pretty good products for hondas for quite a while. We'll see how their attempt at the z part works out. I think the versatillity of us domestic engines has allowed companies to make a large amt of one product where as most imports although they share the same platform have limitations which do not allow parts compatibility.

Hope they do good though.
