Default Intake questions ( filter access)

I have an AEM cold air intake on my '05 (I didn't install it). What's the easiest way to get the filter out of its rather tight location. Also, my understanding is that my AEM filter is "dry flow" or something like that. I got a bottle of AEM cleaner that says not to oil the filter after cleaning. Does that sound correct?

Take the front bumper off, it's right behind it. Yes, that's correct.
