Default EVAP canister relocation for Amuse/GTR exhaust

I need to relocate the evap canister. I know there's a thread on deleting it but I can't delete it, I live in CA. Greddy btw, doesn't make their relocation bracket anymore but that bracket wouldn't work the amuse or GTR Exhaust type of setup anyway.

Anyone have any ideas on how or where to relocate the evap canister so a "S" shaped exhaust like the Amuse can fit? I'll have a muffler shop do it but they would need to know where it has to go/relocate to.

Hmm guess I'll have to just take it to the muffler shop and see what they can do.

I had to get mine done at the dealer for my amuse exhaust, one that's famailiar/friendly with the issue for modified /aftermarket parts; this isn't really a muffler shop type of problem, the EVAP is part of the engine system...

BTW, I went to Nissan of Duarte (formerly Performance Nissan) and had John Kuo work it, since he's very familair with aftermarket stuff...I believe West Covina Nissan and Fontana Nissan are also aftermarket friendly...

Hmm okay. What did he exactly do? Did he move it? if so where did he end up putting it?
I was told it's possible to fab the gtr exhaust so you dont have to move the evap canister but I'm not 100%.

how much did Nissan of Duarte charge to move it? Thanks

I don't remember how much, it was a long time ago...they mounted it closer to the passenger side rear fender...

If you're doing a custom fab to make a GTR exhaust work with a Z anyway then you may as well have them fab it to fit with the evap canister in the stock location...

Gotcha, thanks. Yeah I figured as much. If they have a problem with it at the muffler shop then I'll have to relocate it but thanks for the input, it helps. At least I know my options now.
