Default Motordyne Resonator on Stock Y pipe

Hello fellow z peeps... Quick question... any insight is good insight... I've got a qtp exhaust cutout, where my resonator used to be on stock exhaust... I'm looking into the motordyne xyz resonator module... to put on the stock y pipe just before the cut out to reduce the rasp.... Anyone have any clue if it's weld-able to the stock y pipe.. I noticed that there is a v-band clamp on it... in other words it'll pretty much be kinda like custom exhaust.... don't know to much about welding so go easy on me... thanks in advance

I assume that you could...but why? You'd be spending all this money to hack up your stock exhaust when you can just save the money for a full cat-back.

Stop it...put the welder down, step away, and stop listening to your good idea fairy.
