Default To all you XYZ guys...

I finally bought a MD XYZ pipe. I'm running test pipes and by November my car needs to be inspected. Any of you run it with the cat and pass inspection? I really couldn't find a definitive answer and it doesn't seem like many people tried. Worst case I'll just put the cats back in...resonated xyz + AP single sounds amazing with stock cats. I'd just rather not have to get the car re-tuned and lose the power.

I'm really interested in the answer also ...

But i does not seem someone tested it, i've already asked the same question than you before...

I have my PPE longtubes headers to install and don't want to remove them everytime i have to do the legal inspection of the car...

So buy a set of generic high flow cats and do some custom work to make them bolt in. Or just have them welded in.

If you're not throwing a code for the o2 sensor it will pass emissions. If your inspector does a visual/sound inspection then it may fail.

It's throwing a code right now. Can you have it removed via tuning or would it just come back?
