If I do the cat delete and exhaust kit will I need to get it tuned? If so anyone know a good place in Austin TX or General area to have a good tune.

yea it will need a tune. Uprev is in Austin and that would be perfect for your mods.

Why not just call and ask for a quote?

Then you shouldn't be dicking around on a car forum in the middle of the day!

Thanks Woody!

Syner I can do what I want as long as I get my work done. But picking up phone to make personal calls isn't allowed. The minute I spend on here every now and then, isn't and issue.

lol it's all good. I would just email them like Trav suggested. My area charges a killing for UpRev tunes because there isn't a large Z community. Yours is likely much cheaper.

I emailed uprev here in Austin they said it would be right at 700 for the tune. They recommended a plenum spacer and the kenetic upper plenum (plastic) and test pipes with factory exhaust

Personally, I'd wait until you are done all of your bolt-on mods. You may run a little lean with full exhaust and not be getting all the power from it, but there is no sense in paying for multiple tunes.

That really depends on how long you are gonna be running around adding bolt ons. If it was 6 months sure, but I wouldnt wait 2 years.
