FYI there is (or used to be at least) such a thing as “mil elims”, which are patch sections that go between your 02 sensor wire and vehicle harness similar to what Sundown is telling you to do. Either method will be a hit/miss proposition, but combined I’m sure will pretty much guarantee a solution.
Thank you sir that is the most likely route I'm taking. After some research and asking friends, I have some friends that have done o2 simulators in the past for the post cat, so the combination route is most likely at this point. Definitely going to try the non-foulers in post cat first and see if i can just get away with it. Much appreciated for your input!

I don't really know if it's identical for cars as it is for diesels but typically if you want to eliminate a code by way of software you have to modify the logic so it does not monitor the particular system. That would lead me to believe that the readiness monitor for the O2 sensors would need to be shut off which wouldn't help your case. That being said tunes are nice so I definitely recommend.

I figured this was the case, I just haven't touched a tuning program in a solid 15 years so my memory isn't quite good on the matter, thank you sir!

Happy to help and good luck with it, usually a day or two of normal driving will have the monitor reset and passed.
And yes, you cannot turn off monitors in a tune to pass emissions, they need to be enabled to get a pass.

I figured this was the case, yeah we have a standard 50mi drive cycle like most other cars of the era, that's one of the few things I know for sure, I'll keep you guys all posted with my results!
