Default Exhaust flex joints

So I have already replaced the stock exhaust with HKS CAT back system and now am thinking about getting MD ART pipes to replace the stock cats. My concern is that by doing this I will have eliminated all of the flex joints that are part of the stock system (2 on the Y-pipe and I think one on each cat pipe). My question is, will having such a rigid exhaust system pose any problems such as cracked welds or exhaust leaks, down the road? Thanks for any input.

Thanks for correcting me. I forgot that those joints were on the HKS!
