Default Raised intake plenum

I was just curious about this intake plenum I have.. I thought it was a kenitic intake plenum. And I compared it to one and realized it is not a kenitic. Does anyone know what kind of plenum this is...

I have never heard of this company. So this would be a period correct part for 2003. Time to do some research.. This is this company still around ?

Wow. Haven't heard that name in a while. I don't think Crawford is around making parts for the Z33 anymore, but I recall they made plenums, HFCs, and headers. I seem to remember the quality being good from others' experiences. If you search, you'll find a lot of threads from 15 years ago.

Crawford changed hands in the last few years and seems to have changed some business models along with it in doing so, from some rumors.
Pretty popular company in the Subaru scene in the mid / late 2000's.

If you end up looking for a Kinetix, I have one in my basement that needs their regasket service.

The plastic Kinetix is garbage IMO, I'd keep the Crawford over that. The Velocity I'd take over everything out now, if you ever want to get rid of the Crawford LMK. Would be interested in pairing it with a Revup plenum when I boost.

Ahhhh lol.. understood. I am going to keep it now that I know its something you cant get anymore. that makes it Rare and period correct. I have been reading in the threads about the Crawford Plenum. and dear god I missed a lot of info.

I have a rev up lower sitting in my basement if you need one. I'll never use it.

The Crawford did not get great results on independent dyno. 0-4whp through the power range. The composite Kinetix makes great power
see here for independent dyno.
I highly recommend the kinetix.

I'd only use it if paired with a Crawford or APS upper plenum, if I come across one I'll let you know lol.

Conway was on the Velocity, not the plastic thing, unless I'm missing something. I have the Velocity, and it's great. That replaces the upper and lower tho.

I gave the post with the kinetix manifold, not the plenum.. This is the plenum dyno vs stock. 13whp 11 tq.
That velocity gives some crazy numbers at the lower rpms

I clicked it and it was Conways thread which is the manifold, either way it's inline with the gains of a spacer.

Not really lol, most manifold mods are meh, unless going to a Velocity.

same, the composite v+ was great when i was NA VQ, and the reduction in heat soak was a nice benefit as well.
