Default JWT Pop Charger - Remove box filter?

I didn't install it yet (doing that tonight) however basically with the JWT you remove the bottom half of the stock airbox and connect a filter to the stock tubing (after the stock air filter location). Do you guys remove the stock air filter or leave both filters or am I just looking at this the wrong way?

Thanks

You can't leave the stock filter as it is housed in the stock air box, so when you remove the stock air box, the stock filter comes out with it.

The popcharger completely removes/replaces the stock airbox and filter.

It does indeed, I just finished installing it, the only part that was a pain was getting the screws into the air inlet piece properly, other than that.. cake! well made I think for the $$.
