Well, has anyone simply tried picking up the phone and calling one of these places?

As a matter of fact NOPI doesn't have them in stock. My set was sent directly form DC. Check out the pics. https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=66808

I called our local DC Sports supplier and verified that the MSRP in Canadian Dollars is under $600cdn. for SS. I ordered a set for myself to check them out. From what the Cdn distributor told me the price is not changing.

I have had mine on for nearly 2 weeks. I couldn't be more satisfied. The power after 3500 rpm is definately noticeable. The quality of these headers is equal to or better than any other manuf. I gained nearly 12 hp peak. Get them!! The exhaust note is much much better as well. DC has been manuf products for over 25 years, includying headers for the NSX. They are retailing for just under $400 call DC direct.

In that pic, they don't look equal length, but I have been told before that they are equal length. They still look nice and have a nice price.

I'm curious to know if anyone (specifically the only one who has them on so far) saw a gain with test pipes on? I have a pretty solid set up. Don't know if these headers will give me anything extra.

Well, I think I can come close to giving you the answer you want. As you've seen from the dyno charts, my car made great gains from the headers alone. A couple weeks ago I added Labree High Flow cats. There is a very noticable SOTP gain from adding the high flows. I cant' back it up with dyno numbers because my car was dyno'd at DC and I don't have the ability to go back there and dyno newly added parts.

Eric, I've had DC headers on my Honda race car for year. They have a great reputation for good quality. I was given a tour of DC to see how the headers are made. You could put these up against any Z header on the market and see that the DC is top quality. The DC's can be considered the first CNC header for the Z on the market. The flanges are 100% CNC machined. The pipes are bent on a CNC bender. The collector is cut on a CNC plasma cutter. The welds are all done by CNC robot welders. This super high end machinery making these, not guy welding at a desk with a jig.

Question Installation procedures

How many actually installed themselves?

If you followed the instructions of DC Sports
or from Crawford's or other forums/members?
