Default Test Pipes w/o Resonators

How loud are these things? I want to get some, but I dont want to attract too much attention at the same time by law enforcers.

i've heard regular test pipes on a stock exhaust... they're not that much louder then stock... i could barely tell, they make the exhaust sound a little more raw, rather then the nice mellow sound... what gives it away is that they sound real raspy... i would assume test pipe w/ resonators would be the same minus the raspiness

www.labreemotorsports.com (like $365)
www.kinetixracing.com (heard they make them, but haven't seen anything on their site, like $350)

*i just realized you want test pipes w/ out resonators, those link above are for pipe w/ resonators*

Are they fairly easy to install?

the only real noise is the resonance between 2500 and about 3500 rpms.... other than that I did nto fine them to be too loud.

The install is easy, but time consumung since the bolts on the top are hard to reach.

I have a set of used cat pipes.... about 1200 miles on them, with bungs for the O2 sensors... yours for $100 + shipping. Let me know if you are interested.

Cheers,

PeteH

Mines are pretty darn loud at WOT. Other then that it's so-kay. It's kinda fun to let people know you are coming sometimes

There's a little difference, nothing huge. Then again, my butt seems to be kind of numb compared to many people (*cough* intake and grounding kit reviews *cough*).
