Yes... you can use your stock gaskets. Just use extra caution when removing your stock cats in order not to bend the gaskets

hey i was checkin out those helix pipes on ebay i was wondering if it would be a good idea to keep the stock catback and run the helix pipes...good gain? or should i just spend the $ and get a aftermarket catback?

If you're looking to get the most gains out of bolt-ons, then yes, you would definitly need to invest on an aftermarket exhaust system. The better the air flow, the more horse power you will gain.

However, being that your cats are going to be removed, you have to keep in mind that your exhaust sound will be affected. Some greater than the other, depending on manufacturer.
