I removed the radiator hardpipes, it made it alot easier to get to the header bolts. You need to drain the radiator to remove the pipes, thus the need for antifreeze. There is a fuel line and some hard brake lines on one side, it would be a good idea to shield them from heat with the heat shield tape. This is a hard install, on the Z I'd say a 9 or 10. I probably spent two hours looking for a missing stud that had fallen in the engine bay so it probably took me around 9 hours. I don't know how to rate myself as a mechanic, I am an amateur but I did get my borla true dual on in less than an hour.

Took it for a drive when it cooled down this evening. This car is fast. It seems that every time I do a mod it revs a little faster in first gear. The headers did the same. It revs a little faster and it took me a few tries to hit the shift just right. It revs really fast in the upper rpm's, very fun to drive.

Hey jason, I'd say you most likely have an exhaust leak somewhere. That is what my exhaust sounded like when I had a monster leak. By the way, you had some good runs at the track the other day. How hard was it to launch with your tilton setup and how much do you think it improved your times? I would imagine that setup would make you spin the tires a lot more since there is a lot less clutch slippage.

I have DC Headers in Stainless and Ceramic in stock
I looked into some things... by law, companies are alowed to make mistakes advertising prices... they technically do not legally need to honor those prices... if they do its their choice and more power to them...
I know I have an exhaust leak some where... it came from a pipe breaking...
