Default ? for those with custom exhausts

I am planning on doing a custom exhaust with the HKS cf/ti mufflers and I've got a few questions.

1) I was wondering if you guys think I should or shouldn't use resonators and if i should what kind are good?

2) Should I just have the place make me test pipes while they're at it or would i be better off getting hi flo cats/test pipes elsewhere?

3) If i am planning on doing a body kit that wraps around the exhaust (Esprit kit) would I be better off getting the kit first or should i be fine doing the exhaust first if i tell the shop to make the exhaust is approx. the same area as the stock exhaust (as far as fitment issues that is)?

that's all for now.

thanks for the help guys.

Do use resonator's, these cars sound awefull with straight pipes.
Up to a 2.5" pipe diameter use Magnaflow 4" round by 18" long muffler(s) as a resonator.
