Default Vibration After Injen Exhaust Install

I have noticed that there is vibration when I first hit the throttle now after I had my Injen SES exhaust installed. It is only when I first hit it. I have test pipes so the exhaust is extremely loud. I am assuming the vibration is due to the extreme loudness of this exhaust. Does this sound logical or is this something I should look further into? Does anyone else have this vibration? Also, since this was my first exhaust install, I was kinda freaked out when I first started my car and drove off. As soon as the exhaust got hot, I got massive amounts of blue smoke of of the pipes. I was told that this was just some type of protective finish on the inside of the pipes burning off. It also had a terrible smell. Does this sound right. I drove about 35 miles yesterday and it stopped smoking after about 10-15 miles. I guess this is just an FYI if its your first exhaust install as was mine. I will take some pix of the installed system today or tomorrow and post them here. Oh yeah, it only cost me $50 for the install!

When you say "vibration" what do you mean? Is it in the steering wheel or is it simply the interior coming loose? The deep note of this exhaust will resonate through the cab.

It sounds kinda like the cab is going to come off as you said. Yeah this system is very deep. So Im assuming its just because of the deepness of this exhaust. Thats what I was thinking. Yesterday, I was standing a few feet behind the car and to the left and had someone hit the throttle and I could feel the ground vibrating.

I have the exact same problem with my g35 injen exhaust. I dont think the exhaust was bent right because it is insanely close to the bottom of the car. I will probably have a friend of mine who makes custom headers re-weld the pipes to the flanges in a different position. Also, I dont know if you have had fiberglass on you bumper or not, but I did for about 3k miles and now I think my reasonators are empty cause I have a lot of rasp from my test pipes. I dont think injen is going to do anything about this so I am thinking about packing the resonators with stainless steel wool. As far as the exhaust I got, they must have used the shittiest fiberglass packing from home depot or something because it doesn't hold together at all.
