After placing an order with Kinterix from the group buy i have been impatiently waiting for them to arrive via the fedex tracking number.I pmed them when i noticed an error in the shipment address and told them of this error and they said they would fix it. They didnt. The package was shipped to the wrong address. After calling Kenterix several times and getting no answer i took matters into my own hands and called fedex and have attempted to change the address. They also do not know where the package is, and thier customer service reps arent too bright either. What should i do?

 

If the address to which it was sent is really close to you, then contact that person and ask them if you can come by and pick it up from them. If it is not close, to you or they do not pick up, call kinetix and have them figure it out...it's their fault, they should have to deal with it not you...

 

ive been calling kinetix and they dont pick up. the problem is fed-ex THINKS they still have the package and the address is being changed. the incorrect address dosent even exist

 

Even though you should be able to call fed-ex and have them figure out the exact location of the package using the tracking number (which is the purpose of giving tracking numbers...to TRACK the package) it's really not your responsibility, it's kinetix's. I've heard on many occassions that they don't pick up the phone, someone said it was because they are busy making plenums...i dunno the reason, but keep trying. If you paid with a credit card you can always call the company and tell them not to issue payment yet because you have yet to receive anything...

 

Yeah, they got my address wrong too. I called FedEx and sorted it out. I gave FE my tele # and they actually called me the 2nd time when they couldn't find my place. Kinda my fault 'cause my house is hard to find, but FE definitely took care of it after I called them. And it's Kinetix' responsibility to fix it if it's delivered to an address other than the one you provided them. Good luck!

 

i drove my *** 45 mins to the fed ex warehouse, just for the hell of it. and guess what it was there. THANKGOD. they are going on next wed. ill post pics

 

That's good to hear! I am quite familiar with the feeling of discovering that an order has been shipped to the wrong address...
