DC Dual Exhaust is In!!!
This has to be the nicest built exhaust I have seen. Its true dual, even the canister is two separate straight through passages. All flanges are CNC billet stainless. The fit and finish are perfect. Install was really easy. Here's some pics.

It's missing resonators. There should be a resonator for each pipe. No resonators or too small of a resonator will equal raspy / buzzing noises. I have to modify my exhaust to eliminate the resonation caused by the harmonics of my now high flow system. Someone should come up with proven resonator "fixes" and market them for all of us who bought after market (high flow) exhaust systems and now have the raspy / buzzing noizes that sound like #$$xx. For you newbies, high flow meaning after market Cats, headers and Y-Pipe. That's what's wrong with after market companies, they don't do enough R&D and testing.

It looks like the borla design without the H pipe. Is it considered a true dual if it shares 1 common muffler? it seems dual cans at the end would of been better like the stillen...It does look nice though.

2. Its loud with aftermarket cats. With stock cats its much more mellow. Sound is very similar to the Injen and RSR's that I have heard.
3. When DC dyno'd my car bone stock at this exhaust, it gained 12.1rwhp at peak, and about 6-7 at redline.
4. Don't know. (I got it free)
5. 9lbs lighter than stock.
I'm going to try and dyno tomorrow at AEM where I last dyno'd my car with everything the same except a Stillen exhaust. Well see if it out performs the Stillen.

350Zteve, can you clear that up for us?
Looks nice. I like others would be interested to know if the cross over not being there hurts it, and it would be nice if you could get us sound clips (and an estimated price
)I don't want a buzzy exhaust. I keep leaning toward getting the Borla, but will watch for any good alternatives like this
I actually got my resonators to work. I started with the resonators from the injen dual exhaust and I repacked them with extra coarse stainless steel wool. My exhaust now is just as loud as when all of the original fiberglass blew out, but there is absolutely no rasp. Fiberglass packed resonators suck!

On the "true dual" aspect, I guess it could be like the Borla and have one muffler with two seperate paths through it.
