Greddy EVO2, injen, or fujitsubo?
hey look...there is a new GQ on the forum.
Welcome GQ 350Z!
Regarding the exhuast, if you want a loud aggresive exhuast, RSR and Injen will exactly what you want.
If you want a VERY quite exhuast...like maybe just a few DB's above stock, then get the Greddy. The Greddy is designed to be a sub 95dB exhuast, so its pretty darn quiet.
You'll get a small HP bump from all of them.

I'll chime in with my suggestion
Fujitsubo, hands down, is the quietest exhaust out there for the Z. I had the Apexi Hybrid Megaphone on my car previously (basically the Japan spec World Sport),and it was a very mellow sounding exhaust. I changed to the Fujitsubo recently, and am even more pleased. At idle, its no different than stock, even with the hf cats and UR Y pipe. Under WOT, it just sounds right.......a bit deeper down low, and has a nice distringuishable sound up top. Absolutely no rasp, just a very mellow sound. Plus, midrange picked up noticeably with this exhaust.
The GReddy is pretty mellow as well, but not nearly as tame looking as the Fujitsubo. I specifically wanted a single canister exhaust as i think it blends best with the rear, and have been very happy with mine overall.
The Amuse though, is the nicest sounding exhaust out there for the Z IMHO.....but you are also talking about a very big price jump from the others you mentioned, unless you are talking about the Fujitsubo Ti (whcih is my 2nd fav exhaust for the Z!)

Yup...I am the guy that mops the floors in the bathrooms at GQ Magazine's headquarters.
i just put the fujitsubo ss exhaust with the ultimate racing cats and japtrix y-pipe on today. idle is a bit quieter than i was hoping for. everywhere else in the rpm range it sounds sweet. at cruising speeds, it doesnt become tiring. just a tiny hint of raspiness at the upper end of the rpm band, but sounds smooth and powerful overall. definately getting a lot more looks.
car definately has more power. gotta take it to the drag strip soon to see how much of an improvement it is giving me.
i didnt realize it by looking at pictures, but those tips are pretty HUGE. also i wish the exhaust tip wasnt a single wall construction. overall, i am very pleased with it. i just cannot wait for that new exhaust smell to burn off.

Personally I would either go with greddy or injen. Injen if you want it louder or greddy if you want it quieter. Unfortunately I still have stock exhaust but will be getting one of them soon.
