I just bought all of that....what gains should i see?

None!
Take them all back and get a twin turbo or a supercharger!!

Just kidding.
You should see about 10 to 18 hp increase and a completely different sounding car.
Every car is different, so what works for one car may not work the same for another car.

hopefully 18 hp hope my car reacts good to this...what is the ecu reset procedure?

just leave the battery disconected when you do the install. i didn't do an ECU reset and i don't have any problems

The ecu should reset itself after a week or so. If it doesn't and your car is idling rough or stalling, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery or let the deal take a look at it.

it will be stupid loud when you first get it, i hear the nismo exhaust is really loud until it breaks in, its still going to be loud but i bet its going to sound really nice.

I heard nismo is closest to stock.

Dunno about it w/ test pipes though.

Imagine a brass trumpet with a new kid using it... it's just f'n loud.

Louder than stock at idle when compared to other exhausts but mix in some hf cats or test pipes and it comes to life.
