Default Intake

I'm just curious what do you guys prefer? A JWT pop charger, a injen intake, or a nismo intake? What do you guys think is worth spending the money on? What would be better for the car in your opinion? Thanks!

I am going to go with Injen. I was going to get an AEM but going with the same brand of CAI and Exhaust helps out. Nismo's is a re-badged AEM. A CAI would be better for the Z imo, any cold air on any car helps.

JWT Pop charger...

the NISMO is the best CAI IMHO and even though you think it may be a re-badged AEM it comes with the water diverter standard which makes the price of the AEM more than the NISMO...

What does the JWT pop charger sound like? What kind of nose does it make?

Pop Charger all the way. Easiest installation and the best sound, in my opinion.

"Best bang for the buck" You won't regret it.

I have the Injen intake on my Z and I love it. It is the only one i have seen where the filter sits behind the grille. There is much colder air down there than under the hood where most filters sit. It also gives a nice little whistle when you pop the throttle. Plus it looks cool sitting behind the grille. Installation is a little bit of a pain compared to other intakes for the Z, but the performance of the Injen intake is well worth it I think.

The Injen is supposed to give you more HP than the JWT Popcharger

If you were to pick between the Injen and AEM which would be better?

popcharger stalls. sounds great though.
drilled 6 dime-sized holes in my stock air box. sounds 90% as good as popcharger. car is a bit punchier to boot.
