Default unlimited tuning y-pipe question

Hey i am thinking about just getting this y-pipe instead of a whole exhaust system. With the numbers that they post from their dyno it seems pretty cost effective (www.unlimtedtuning.com)

Q: is the stock exhaust 3" or 2.5" becuase i wanted to know if i can just hook up the Y-pipe which is 3" to the stock exhaust. Or do i need some sort of adapter?

Their idea of "bolt on" is really ment for a aftermarket system down stream. Because they made the flanges work to bolt up, does not mean it's a good idea to go from a 3" collector then suddenly meet the oem 2.5" mid pipe. Kinetix will be debuting a new Y-pipe that has a 2.5" collector, that is what you should buy if sticking with oem downstream.
