Been searching literally for days....I saw it a couple weeks ago and now I cant find it....dont even remember what brand, etc. Anyway it was pretty much exactly like the new unreleased HKS Hi-Power Dual Ti exhaust. Has two angled cans with straight tips. Only thing different was the cans were oval shaped and a tad bigger than the HKS ones.....I think? Oh yah...it was on a white 350Z if that helps any. Anybody know what exhaust this is or if there are any others like this besides Injen and HKS? Thanks!

 

sounded just like injen SES to me. it was the old style that they dont make anymore. the cans were angled and visible and the tips came straight off them(at an angle to the car). but their circular.

 

naw...definately wasnt Injen or HKS like I said. But the tips came straight back. So pretty much like the newer straight tip Injen exhaust.

found a coupe of pics on their site.....round cans, slightly angled? the one im looking for looks kind of like the ultimate racing exhaust except the tips are bigger i think.

I think you are talking about Tanabe Super Racing Medallion exhaust. I have a picture somewhere I believe. Just pm me you email and I will send you a pic. It looks exactly like what you are decribing so I am 90% sure that is what you are talking about. I almost bought that exhaust before I got the exhaust I got now(TopSpeed Pro-1).

uplz45, isnt that the guy with the full custom HKS carbon/ti exhaust? not the one but it still looks sick!! chachi, tanabe only makes one style for the 350 right? basically looks the same as the pro-1 right? the one im talking about looks basically like an Injen "straight tip" (mufflers angled w/tips exiting straight back) except the mufflers are oval shaped and the tips are thin wall and bigger (same as Fujitsubo). Thanks for your help guys! Im starting to think it was in a dream that I saw this exhaust!!

 

could also be an injen SES with modified cans.. but why would anyone do that... dunno

n/m....looking at the pic i realized this one is kinda like Fujitsubo's tips. but the one I saw was bigger....had to have been at least 4.5" tips
