I didn't know either until looking for he one I bought to wrap. It makes sense though, if you look at it.

I had a local upholsterer make it. Since I had an extra boot, he ripped the seams out and used it for a pattern. He was a great guy, but I'd recommend looking for an upholsterer with a double-needle machine. If you look close at my parts, the seams aren't quite even.

Btw, I may be having you roll my fenders. I have an appointment to get my car lowered on the 30th and I'll see then if my tires rub.

Sounds good, just keep me posted if you decide to move forward with the fender rolling.

Do you have contact info for the upholster? and how much did it cost you?

What if you wrapped it, entire thing, and I send back my barely blemished waterfall from my 08, kinda like a core exchange. How much , any interest in that?

I would be all over this but I drive an 04. How about I send you my whole center area and pay you to wrap it?

I'm a new Z owner, so I'm curious as to why you can't switch this out into an older Z i.e. 03-05? Isn't the interior on the 06+ roughly the same with maybe some cosmetic updates, so logically they should fit any year right?

This will fit in an 03-05. However, you will need to also get an 06-08 center console as well. Where the shifter surround meets the console is different. Dealers have them for ~$100, so you may find them on the forum for that or less.
