Default HID Kits

up for sale are:

Slim ballast HID kit

H1 3k - yellow - $65 shipped (Gifted on pp)
H10 8k- Bluish white $65 Shipped (Gifted on pp)

iv put these on over 20 cars. with no problems. plug and play and waterproof

and 2 pairs of capacitors so that they dont dont trigger off the burnt out light signal on the dash and prevents flickering on american cars. $12 Shipped/pair (Gifted on paypal)

This is probably a stupid question but I am not too familiar with the lights and stuff. What is the difference between HID lights and the lights on my car? My car has blue lights right now that were OEM and I always thought all HID did was make the lights blue? Does that mean that people with lights that are already blue don't need these?
