Well i was installing my system, got everything put in and tested the car without the drivers side door panel in, speakers all worked and nothing weird was going on with the windows. So i put back in the drivers side door panel and start up the car, both passenger and drivers side windows roll down automatically about an inch. I took back off the drivers side door panel and made sure everything looked ok. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the window control switch on the drivers side, same results. Then I rolled down both the windows, passenger side window rolled up just fine, but the drivers side wont' go back up.

I have the speaker completely removed so i know that its not the speaker hitting. I've gone over the wiring, seems fine. If i push the down button on the window it clicks like its trying to go down further but if i push up, i hear nothing. Any help would be appreciated!

NM, thankfully i found my problem. a tangled speakerwire was causing a loose connection.
