Well, the crack in my windshield has progressed and is now stretching a few inches away from the drivers side pillar mount. It started from a tiny little chip due to highway rock, and then became a 3in crack right down the center of the windshield where the rearview mirror is...and now, it took a sharp left (from a drivers perspective) and is a few inches away from the pillars. So, i was wondering if anyone knows of a good reputable glass shop in chicago or around chicago, that can change this windshield without doing a hacked-up job. After all, i dunno if many of you are aware of this, but....the weather stripping on the 350's are very tight and detailed. So, who ever takes them off, must know how to put them back on extactly the way they were from the manufacturer otherwise, hello rain....i.e. 300ZX's.
