Dealer Resistance To Do Fixes
Took the Z in this past tuesday after a courtesy call by the dealership. Two issues were addressed, seat shifting and drifting to the right. They had my car for a day and declared both were fine (seat and alignment) . I argued about the seat with the service advisor and got nowhere. He basically said TSB's were nice, but those togethor with the internet mislead alot of customers into thinking that somthing was wrong with their cars when there is not.
He went on to b*tch about parts going back to Nissan for inspection and their being strict about reasons that repairs were made. Dont they get reimbursed for the labor and parts under warranty repairs anyway???? So what the f*ck does he care if the parts go back.
Basically they had my car again for a day and nothing was resolved.
Anyone else have a similar experience????
