Did anyone here change the coolant by yourself ? If yes, please show me how.

show me change the coolant and hoses which i dont need to. Should i just remove the radiator drain plug , drain the coolant, and put the new one in or i have to worry about Heater Bleeder Screw ?? please help .. thanks!
