Default Opening the wheelwell/fixing dent

I've got a small dent right near my right front wheelwell. If I could open ig I could pop it. Does anyone know how to get into the wheel well area?

1. Block the rear wheels, put the parking brake on.
2. Jack the car up following the directions in the manual.
3. Remove the tire.
4. Remove the little clips with a straight edge screw driver placed between the base and the locking pin. Remove the one phillips head screw.

5. If you need to remove the rear section you just keep going pulling out more of the little push pins along the way.
