Default Tire pressure warning but no TPS

I have aftermarket rims, and no longer have the tps, but from time to time, the tire pressure sensor goes on. What would be causing this? Just curious, tire pressure warning and service engine soon light are starting to get annoying. I've been told the ses light goes on due to the airflow of after market intake and exhaust. No I will not go to the dealer!!

do you still have the original tps
maybe when you drive into your garage they start communicating witht he car...

hehe or its other Z's on the road haha.

Seriously its proably the computer freaking out cause it expects the TPS signal but dosent get it. I think thier is a fuse you can pull to disable the TPS system.

Well from my own experience... If your car is originally equipped with the tps sensors but then you either take them off or for whatever reason the car isn't receiving signal from them anymore... After 30 miles of driving *exactly 30* the Low Tire Pressure light on the clustor guage will always come on. Anything less and it'll stay off. It resets everytime you turn the car off. I think the only way to get rid of it *I'm guessing* is taking it to the dealer to have that feature turned off by means of reprogramming it. Or whatever shop has the necessary software to do so.
