Gas cap stuck sometimes?

I just picked a 03 SS Enthusiast and I notice when I push the gas door button, somtimes I have to press it like 3 times before the gas door pops open. Anyone else have this problem? and how can I fix it. Thanks.

My gas door was out of alignment, so I went to the Nissan dealership and got it replaced for FREE, (under warranty). You should try doing that too.

There is a TSB for this issue. The dealer will fix it (spring replacement) at no charge. Make sure they are aware of the Service Bulletin.
