Big Problem....Broke Drivers Seat :(

Well I have 4K miles on my Track and now the weld has broke on the drivers seat. The bottom cushion on the right side just flops up n down. Called dealer and they are going to take care of it but just scares me that something as important as the drivers seat has broke so soon. ANE1 else have this happen?
